I was just on Amazon and they had this on my list of "might also like".
I've just started reading the RC books, and this sounds like an awesome book! It's not even on the publisher's site yet, but I really hope this is true.

On the one hand, I believe we have the answer of the only Clonetrooper group to NOT obey Order 66 was the group from Dark Lord.
On the other hand, given the nature of the Greek Tragedy situation we have as possible, I'm guessing that the Clones all die to ensure the safety of Darman and Etain's child, with a small possibility of Etain surviving.
That way, the DL information is correct (as far as anyone knows) and we get pathos.

I am excited about the book but as a complete bibliophile I hate it when they take a series of books that has gained popularity and change the first editions from paperback to hardcover or when they switch publishers mid series. I want all books in a series to have the same cover style.
They did it for the Dresden Files and for Kevin J. Anderson's Forest of Stars series. And now the Republic Commando novels will go pppH.

I'm still saying Gett'll be the one to do it, or Corr (he may have been trained as an RC, but he's still genetically a standard trooper), or maybe that new commander from True Colors, Levett.

It depends on your opinion of the clones. If you think they should be portrayed as mindless machines, then no. If you want to see them as actual beings with individual personalities, then yes.
