Guess what! I finally got a new part up: the year of Episode I: The Phantom Menace!!! It's a (temporary) day-to-day account of the year 32 BBY (or Year 3 of the Great ReSynchronization). And its temporary because I have not yet included all available sources (hope to finish this up this and next week).
Anyway, the folowing sources have been utilized for this effort:

And YES, another upload!!!! I've managed to get the events of Darth Maul # 1 - 4 up today, as well as a link to Bob Vitas excellent Unofficial Encylopedia (which is a great help in establishing full names and locations)...
Next up is Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter...

Awesome timeline, Eddie. Thanks for all this effort. Your first post says that you hadn't added all the sources yet, but would finish in a couple weeks. Has that happened yet? I ask because I see a very minor, trivial, probably not worth mentioning source that wasn't included: Simon Beecroft's new A Queen's Diary, which is apparently Padme's second diary.

Thanks for the kind words! And regarding the remaining sources, I am working on them but the 'couple of weeks'-thingy was a slight mis-calculation. The book you mention is on a stack with the Star Wars Episode I Adventure-books, which I will tackle after I have finished the Darth Maul-saga and Cloak of Deception (which are next)... But I believe the book (being a DK Readers Level Two) does not include that much new info, just a rehash of already-existing stuff)...

Okay, as I thought, the book (a DK Readers Level 2) is aimed at the "beginning to read alone" kids. It's just some vague info about Amidala learning about Gungans at school and stuff like that (no new info). But I will upload the page-numbers of the parts of the story which take place during The Phantom Menace later this evening (thanks for pointing out the book to me: I kinda forgot to include it in the first run)...

Well, you're welcome for the pointer. Yeah, there's no new info, which is why I said it's a trivial source. Plus, you've gotta wonder why Padme would keep a second journal and write as if she was six years old.

Oh yeah, kinda forgot about that...
Anyway, like some of the other older Random House books like "I am a Jedi" and "I am a Droid", I do not really consider this book to be an actual diary, written by Amidala. For me it is just a collection of events put together in a young-readers booklet, as opposed to the Queen Amidala Journal which read like a regular in-universe diary...

Happy New Year to you all!!!!
And I just uploaded the first major upload of this year!!! The events of Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter!!!! I have decided to go by the timeline-clues in the story itself, thus placing this story, as well as the Darth Maul comic mini-series, much closer to the events of TPM than is noted in the Del Rey timeline: instead of half a year before TPM, the storiies are placed in the months before and the month of TPM...
most important clues on my time-placement:
- in the end of Darth Maul # 4, Darth Sidious tells Maul that he has another important mission for him, and this scene is also played out in Shadow Hunter, albeit in a slightly different way (Sidious being a hologram instead of actually facing his apprentice). But in both scenes, Sidious words indicte that Maul has just finished the mission against Black Sun, and is given the mission to hunt down Hath Monchar.
- in the end of Shadow Hunter, Sidious sets into motion the last step of his plan: the blockade of Naboo. And we know from other sources that the blockade of Naboo takes place a month before the Battle of Naboo, thus placing these stories in the weeks before TPM! (although Shadow Hunter tells of how Jinn and Kenobi are sent on their mission directly following the invasion, I have chosen to ommit this entry as it is stated that Mace Windu contacts the Jedi much later, much to the chagrin of Queen Amidala)...
Anyway, for those interested to check it out, you know where to go with the comments...
Ih yeah, for easy reference, I have divided the year of TPM into three segments: before, during and after the movie!

Okay, the short Darth Maul story Marked from Star Wars Tales # 24 is up now... and Darth Maul # 1 - 4 are back at 6 months before TPM...

Now uploaded: the events of the first story-arc of the Star Wars: Episode I Adventures books 1 - 4 in which Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi battle Bartokk assassins, Groodo the Hutt, and in which Darth Maul also makes an appearance... The story is placed at GrS 03:01:14 to GrS 03:01:20...
Next is Cloak of Deception... (I think)

The New Essential Guide to Characters said that Hath Monchar stole a holocron containing the long-term plans for the Naboo blockade, suggesting that the blockade could have already been in place during Shadow Hunter.

Yep, you are right... That's the 'problem' with my timeline: I first work out the main sources, and then go by any info in the sourcebook, which should be around... 2016 or so...
Just kidding! It could work out that way, of course, but the Secrets of Naboo sourcebook by Wizards of the Coast, as does the TPM novelization, specifies that Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon Jinn head over to Naboo blockade after it has been established a month before (the events in TPM)... And as traveltime between the Core Worlds and the Outer Rim does not require a month, especially during emergency-situations like this, I have chosen to put it as it is now...
