I'm not ready for yet ANOTHER generation of Skywalkers.
Though a cross species version would give the bloodline a freshening up.
___________
On the pretext of just how "in love" Cade and Deliah are...I think it is what we see...that's it...I think for both of them...given the line of work and the life they lead...it is a love about the moments...whether it's a moment Cade gets his dark taken away...or a moment Deliah feels like she has really impacted and improve Cade's fate/outlook.
Is this self-centered/absorbed? Not so long as they both do understand what is at stake and where it's headed.
If Deliah starts imagining a house somewhere and little "pink" kids running around...yeah, there might be issues with that...but til then, I think they both are in the moment with it.
In honesty...I think this relationship is on par with Han/Leia between Endor and COPL...it was as passionate and true as it could be, but the lives they lived didn't really scream "married with children" at any time in the near future.
Maybe someday, when the primary comic plot has run it's course and the character's need a new path...until then, it is a romance built on who they are and what they face.
Talon might want to steer clear of Deliah...Sith or not.

It's NEVER been a good idea to tick off a Zeltron. Ever.
I mean, there's got to be more reasons than pheromones why Zeltros has never been successfully invaded and occupied by an enemy force.

Jedi Trace posted: I agree with RebelGrrl and Sey's comments, and I'd venture to say that this issue was actually the least dark we've ever seen Cade. Granted, he's not in any danger of being the poster boy for Jedi recruitment any time soon, but he did nothing intrinsically dark or evil and did not attack until provoked - even if he was snarky about it. This was also the first time we've seen him use his blue-glowy power without tapping into the dark side.
I too, do not see anything wrong with what Cade did in this issue - in fact, he gives Rav a chance he doesn't deserve.
Is it me or is there a tendency for people to engage in defending the indefensible? First Jacen, now Rav! I mean, I can see a rationale for Jacen as the character has its fans but Rav?!

I always thought that was silly and a waste of money. 'Cause most tourists going to Zeltros don't have their own ideas about how to have plenty of non-holographic fun?

I think it has something to do with how Zeltros is like the Silicon Valley of holo tech.
It's like a cross between a perminant 24/7 tradeshow and an amusement park.

I'm not sure that you can necessarily call it a brothel when Zeltrons don't necessarily want to be paid ...

It's like a brothel. Just . . . with less paying.

Jedi Ben posted:
So that's 5 plots surging forward in a single 22-page issue to which it must be asked: Are John and Jan insanely ambitious with this? I'd say so, but if that's insanity - count me in!
I'm a bit late to the party, but I loved this issue in so many ways. It was much, much more than I expected it to be, and rather than serve as any kind of interlude, it pushed a whole handful of plots forward within a mere 24 (32?) pages. We saw Rav on Socorro, Darth Maladi on Coruscant, Roan Fel on Bastion, Sia Fel! on Bastion, hot sex on the Mynock, and a showdown on Iego, and everything advanced the main plot of Legacy forward. In the most amazing ways possible, it felt like an issue of Broken. And with so much awesomeness upcoming, it made me very excited for the rest of 2008.
Emperor_Time posted: Does anyone else think of Zayne and Cade as polar opposites when it comes to being a Jedi?
Definitely. I wasn't sure whether he was killing or maiming Rav's cronies, but either way, it was very un-Zayne.
High-fives to everyone for the theories in this thread. I didn't even consider the idea that Azlyn Rae was a Jedi, though I definitely hoped that the Imperial Knight mission had to do with Gar Stazi. In any case, Legacy has some amazingness ahead... how do they manage to do this with every issue??

To me, Zayne's a good Jedi, as far as I see. And Cade... well, he's that kind of bad boy ya don't wanna mess with. So yeah, there's a polar opposite.

That, and the fact that Cade seems to have a great deal of potential, and natural skill, while Zayne...does not.
And yet Carrick is a model Jedi, and Skywalker is not. Here's hoping Cade becomes an Archie Rice/Shelley Levene/Michael Clayton character. That would make him interesting. Potential squandered, and realized too late. Although it will take quite a few years of Legacy to reach that point.
