Question: Does this take place before or after Purge and Dark Lord? Is Vader used to the suit yet and up to his full strength? I'm wondering if he is still in that state where he was psychologically unable to find the Force and was much weaker.

I'm pretty sure that this takes place after Purge and Dark Lord. Plus the The Path to Nowhere was kinda concurrent with Dark Lord.

I think Vader's still getting used to the armor and such.
