It going to be tough for Zayne but at least there only three of the original five masters left though.

Funny. Says the cover artist is Atiyeh, but isn't that clearly Ching's work? Also, anyone notice that the image is called "Kol Skywalker?" Weird.

It probably says Kol Skwalker cause I misnamed the link or something.

It's Ching's. You can see his signature along with that of Atiyeh, who colored it, by his leg. It's probably just a mistake in the credits when putting it online.
I'm really looking forward to this; the story seems to really be driving forward, and it looks like he's going to KOTOR-era Coruscant, which is always cool. I also really like the idea that he's finally taking proactive measures to clear his name, as it's not something I'd have expected to see so soon. JJM's got me hooked.

Hm, wonder how long this arc will be. Oh well, who cares, this is going to be yet another excellent issue. And ooh, looks like KotOR era Coruscant too. Though I kinda wish Zayne was heading to Dantooine to try to find Master Vandare, as most Jedi would at least try to take Zayne alive. Unless Vandar's on Coruscant now. Even Celeste, a Covenant secret agent, doesn't instantly try to behead Zayne (as long as she doesn't have orders to, anyway). If its a Covenant member, then there's no talking but just hacking and slashing. Ooh, true friends, hm... how many has Zayne accumulated by now?

Looks exciting. There Zayne is, on the cover, looking like he really means business --- and it's the Zayne we were first introduced to two years ago. Ching's Zayne. There's something really awesome about that.
Is this the start to a six-part arc to close off the year? We haven't had a six-parter since Commencement, and this kind of storyline seems like it would take a while to tell.
Blast, I'm really looking forward to this. But I'm really looking forward to the latter half of Vector, and Exalted as well... wow, this series really is fantastic, isn't it?
Edit: Success is going to require help from every true friend Zayne has garnered in his long quest for justice.
That's awesome. It seems like it'll be reminiscent of Daze of Hate, where Rohlan, Squint, and the whole gang show up --- maybe even Carth Onasi? It does say every true friend. This seems like it'll be really, really epic. It's got to be a six-parter!

It's Ching's.
Heck yeah. Him and Weaver I can recognize immediately now.
Another one to look forward to. When Zayne looks POed, well, you know something's not quite right with the universe.

So, we got the great interior artists do the covers... but now we got another new guy do the interiors, or have we seen Robinson before? That's his style, anyway... http://thealanrobinsonblog.blogspot.com/ looks better than Vector and the Knights of Anger stuff, I think.

Wow, Zayne does look mad. And his eyes look sort of yellow. I imagine that's to do with the lighting though.
I'm really surprised as well that Zayne is being this proactive this early on - relatively - in the series. Though I guess issue #31 isn't really "early" any more.
Really intriguing though because I can't see how Zayne can succeed in clearing his name without fundamentally changing the nature of the comic, but if he doesn't succeed in changing his name, he'll have to avoid capture/manage an escape.
Wait, who am I kidding? One of his love interests will show up with a borrowed lightsaber and provide (the distracton for) an aerial rescue, just like the last two times!

Its not quite that insane. Assuming a few things, by this point in time, Zayne will have faced two of the Taris Masters in duels, and both of them will probably be dead (though both deaths probably won't be at Zayne's hands), so that leaves only three Taris Masters, and if you're taking Zayen's "prophecy/threat" seriously, only two more deaths to go, with the survivor confessing. And with the Moomos and Gryph there, Zayne actually now has sorta stable transport (given the Last Resort and Camper were... temperamental, to put it mildly), so he can get to Coruscant now.
The thing is though, I'm not sure if capture by the Jedi Order would be too bad, if Zayne goes quietly. Vandar wouldn't just slice off Zayne's head, for instance and Celeste's attitude toward Zayne can also be used as a measure for how a normal Jedi might react to Zayne. Zayne's problem earlier is that the closest Jedi authorities for the first part of the comic were the Taris Masters, so no way would Zayne surender to them (by th end of the first arc). Even if Zayne got captured, if any Covenant member could get close enough, they'd kill him anyway and just cover it up. But if Zayne could get a hearing, he can try explaining, and start poking holes in the Covenant's cover story. On the other hand, I'm not sure if the Jedi Order in this era is conservative or close-minded enough to just kill suspected darksiders on sight. From the KotOR games, we know most of them are useless. Though imagine if Gryph acted as Zayne's lawyer, that'd be a court scene worth paying for.
And it might be an almost-girlfriend to the rescue at that point (since Jarael's almost always an option, and Shel now knows Zayne didn't kill her brother, so she's open again, though Celeste will be out of the series by now). Or a random ship might just crash land between Zayne and whoever's attacking. Its happened before. Zayne's luck is the ultimate power in the universe, after all, so something will save Zayne.
Hm, not bad artwork. A very... different version of Zayne, but not bad quality, assuming its the right guy.

Very cool cover. I'm looking forward to seeing more of Coruscant in this time period.
I wonder how long this arc will be...
