I think fleet junkies are going to feel they're in a space museum in these issues. I can see in the background a ship like the Wild Karrde, a Gallofree transport, either a Corellian Gunship or Corvette, an Interdictor, and a Nebulon-B. I don't recognize the other two on the right in front of the Nebulon-B.

You see them better on the cover of #25.

Is it just me, or do the lightsabers of the three at the back look shorter than usual? At first I thought it was the angle, but even adjusted for that it still doesn't seem quite the same. Also, judging by the way the Togruta holds his lightsaber, it seems to have a curved hilt. thinking

While the sabers do look shorter, I am sure it is something to chalk up to artistic interpetation. I don't think that there is any reason to assume that shorter blades are the new in thing for Jedi in 137 ABY. tongue

A purple lightsaber!!!

not blue and green

PLEASE PLEASE make this mean that the NJO have multiple different colors like they're suppose to!!

Please lets see some others, yellow etc....

This cover makes me hopeful that the NJO is still like it is in..... well the NJO series.

Interesting. The Jedi seem to be facing the same dilema that Stazi's GA forces faced- whether to come to the aid of the Mon Calamarians or not. The Neti Jedi Master seems to echo the same argument Stazi did. As hard as it is to leave the Mon Calamarians in slavery, the risk of losing all of our forces puts even more worlds at risk.

It is interesting to see Nat Skywalker's arguments as well. He is definately a Jedi who seems more prone to action than meditation. One thing I have really been rnjoying in Legacy so far is how all the surviving Skywalkers have a bit of an edge to them.

Well, here's to hoping they figure out a way to liberate Mon Cal eventually. Hopefully once the GA, Fel, and the Jedi ally together it will be one of the first worlds on the list to free.

Yeah, nice to see the Council debating. And while they want to help the Mon Calamari, of course, the best they could is show up, save a few Mon Cals, then get overwhelemed by the raw numbers of the Sith. The Jedi will rise again, its almost inevitable, but that doesn't mean they can be reckless. And while Nat's an action guy, he can also tell that Cade isn't really improving, though Cade's idea has some merit. K'kruhk and Traa'Saa are both veterans of the Clone Wars, but this is a different war too. Though sounds like Deliah's ready to stay with him till the bitter end if need be (why does that sound like she's going to die eventually?), and I think Cade has a point with how Jedi love to meditate first, then do stuff later. Cool, they even have a meditation garden way out there in their little temple. And while Azlyn says officially she's an IK now, her former Master's probaly right about her hesitation, as before it was the IKs or being alone, now she has other options. Though looks like Rasi Tuum is about to have a visitor. Wonder how that fight will go.

Wow, this preview's up early, we've almost still got a month till the official release date. Let's hope there are no delays, and/or it gets moved up.

I'm a little happier now that we see that Nat's part of the deliberations there and it's not just T'ra and K'Krukh ruling the roost.

I think I like what I see of this preview better than the last issue.

And hm. Come to think of it, in general I think a small Jedi Council is better for storytelling reasons. It seems in the movies that most of the Council members were there to look comedic and not talk (Hi Yarael Poof). You also see this in the recent EU, where much of the Council is fairly anonymous.

Interesting preview.
Seems like Rasi Tuum has a special guest, i wonder how things will turn out.
Im glad to see the jedi are at least debating what to do instead of just ignoring the issue. Is that chadra fan jedi master a male or female I cant seem to tell? He/She is wearing multi-colored braids and the face is a little more feminine so I'm guessing its a female? Wookiepedia is stated as male though so who knows.
Why do I get the impression from the preview that Deliah is going to die soon? Foreshadowing? I hope not sad
Azlyn is torn between the IK's and the jedi, but if this "assasination" squadron of both groups pulls through, it will be easier for her.
Nat seems to be a very take action kind of jedi. I really like him so far.
Also, I'm curious to see who these mysterious jedi are on the cover of the issue and who they are waving their lightsabers at. Cover art isnt always accurate but its always connected to the story inside.

hopefully the council decides that cade's plan may be the best course of action at this point as they themelves stated they can't fight an all out war and that the cover jedi are the "jedi" part of the jedi/ik kill team.

Jedi Council member Master Tili Qua is a Chadra Fan female.
