For some reason I always think of this song, for any girl. It's sad, but comforting: Fly to the Angels by Slaughter
For Mara I always liked that PUSH, by Sarah McLachlan. Pretty much sums up her and Luke.
For Jaina, I like Madonna's Die Another Day.
For Darth Vader, this miserable song, My Heart is a Fist, by Papa Roach.

Jacen Solo: "Lie" by Black Light Burns. I heard that song on XM and immediately thought of him in the final moments of Sacrifice. Seriously, the the lyrics are so fitting it's scary. Check the this site: http://www.elyrics.net/read/b/black-light-burns-lyrics/lie-lyrics.html
For almost the entire NJO series I listened to either Tool or the Deftones. I have a habit of listening to music whenever I read and I listened to those bands a lot then.
Tahiri and Anakin: "Stand Inside Your Love" by The Smashing Pumpkins.
Luke (in LoTF): "Know Your Enemy" by Rage Against the Machine. Pretty much for title reasons.
The end of NJO: "Last Train" by Lost Prophets.

I've always thought of Commander Bly when I hear "Tainted Love."
Boba Fett's been making me think of "Wanted Dead or Alive" by Bon Jovi.
Jacen Solo for some reason seems like he would have emo music associated with him.
The battle of Coruscant (YV war) seems like a perfect fit for "requiem for a dream."
The members of Omega Squad have "when the tigers broke free" by Pink Floyd.

Heh . . . I had actually thought of that when I heard that song. Mostly the last few lines there.
Headstrong by Trapt serves pretty well for both Anakins, actually. And Just Like You by Three Days Grace would make a pretty cool soundtrack to the Mustafar duel. And for some reason, Alive and Kicking by Nonpoint would make a very interesting soundtrack to Luke's final duel with Lumiya. Had Enough by Breaking Benjamin would be awesome for Anakin's duel with Dooku in ROTS. And when Cade finally comes around (if he does) Different Than You by the Exies would be perfect.
With most people's interpretation of Revan, only Chevelle's I Get It would do.
Of course, for Alema, there's only one possible song . . . (Hint hint Buckcherry)
