For me, the opening tune from I.M.P.S - The Relentless (Overture and Entry into Davenport) is the ideal theme for Roan Fel's Empire.
For the Yuuzhan Vong and Krayt's Sith Order, I always got various songs by Rammstein one my mind. The music moreso than the lyrics.

Way back during NJO/when AoTC first came out, I had burned a CD of Star Wars songs for different characters, but I've forgotten most of what was on it. I know there was a lot of Trust Company for the Solo Kids.
Songs I know for sure:
Anakin/Vader - Behind Blue Eyes (The Who)
Anakin & Padme - Private Emotion (Ricky Martin. Yes. Ricky Martin. I normally can't stand him, but I love this song.)
I'm sure I'll think up others.

Don't know how many of you like me have the original Transformers the movie on VHS or DVD, but the song that's playing as Hotrod becomes Rodimus Prime works well with the scene in TUF where Jacen melts Onimi.
