Actually, it'd be awesome if Lucien became a Revanchist.

He'd be NOM ANOR!

I kinda think he will. I think he's gonna be disgraced and be removed from the council. maybe even exiled. While the Revanchists take him in as they could always use another saber at their disposal. It would fit very well into my Lucien is Darth Sion theory.

But Lucien goes against everying that Revanchist movement is. I just don't see him ever joining jedi crusaders.

Does he? I thought he hated the Sith, the Revanchists aren't Sith (well not for a few years)

The preview is awesome! hypnotized
Zayne with the Talisman - I can get that, it's a disguise, one of many Zayne & co. pulled. But Sith eyes?
Xamar is amazing!

I've always thought he might end up being the "one who lives." At this point I certainly hope so; it seems he's the only one in the Covenant with a functioning conscience.

Same here. He and Q'Anilia always seemed milder than other Covenant members. I thought both of them may live in the end or walking away free, despite them killing their own Padawans. Although, it more Xamar than Q'Anilia as of late.

What do you mean Diamond? I thought Diamond's preview list didn't have it for next week?

Oh wait, Midtown comics has it listed, never mind. Yay for the Diamond preview list being wrong for once! Vindication is about to start, let's hope there aren't too many deaths.

Where else would he have to go, if the Jedi Order discovers what he has done? I don't think Lucien would be against an alliance of convienence, he seems like a pretty pragmatic individual. He would be on the run from the Jedi, as would be the Jedi Crusaders. "The Enemy of my Enemy, is my Friend." Revan would certainly agree to that. Such an alliance would fit well into the final battle at Malachor, where Revan sent those Jedi and troops whose " allegiances were in doubt," to him. Then that would further help the story of Sion being born of the horrors of Malachor.

All I can say is, bloody fantastic. Just when I thought this series couldn't get any better and the mystery couldn't deepen any further . . . . The expected revelation at the end and some unexpected ones along the way . . . . Unfortunately, I don't have a chance to write down any major spoilers right now, but suffice it to say, you should get this one. Looks like next issue is going to be a Haazen history.

Here's some basic spoilers.

Zayne Carrick heads in with the fake Muur Talismen. Q'Anilla practically gives out a giddy girl squee of delight because Zayne is a Sith and they were right to kill their padawans while Lucien is suspicious (I think he smells a con by his body language). Haazen then says Mistress Krynda will be unfortunately "detained" (it's implied she's already dead by this point in retrospect).

Haazen takes one look at Zayne then basically tosses him around, stating "Do you think I'm the same kind of idiot Lucien is? The Talisman is a fake and I sense no malice from you." Weird, Haazen seems to have been looking for the malice as if it would be a GOOD thing.

The Jedi then launch a raid with like 40 knights at the Covenant temple. Then Haazen causally calls the Jedi Covenant's members to kill the Jedi and claims Lucien found Sith in their ranks. Lucien does a double take at all this as Haazen then does the "You really are a big idiot, you realize?" speech. He then calls for Admiral Karrth to attack the Jedi currently held up on the bridge and Xamar along with some of the Covenant's own troops die in the bombardment.

Lucien stares at Q'Anilla then she looks horrified at what she blames HIM for doing as he states he didn't intend for this (but more or less explains that he had created a plan to overthrow the Council that Haazen has just put into effect).

Then Haazen basically states "The Prophecy of the Five is true", revealing his red Sith robes. Haazen then explains he's been playing Lucien all along and arranged for him to become part of the Council, shaped him into a fanatic as a boy (calling him the unwanted son) and even arranged for Q'Anilla and him to fall in love (confirmation of my theory that I forwarded FIRST!)

Zayne is meanwhile just watching Coruscant and the Jedi Temple burn.
