Since we were talking about people knowing about Vader, did anyone in the novels or anything find it odd the template for the Republic clone army was a bounty hunter working for the CIS? We saw the problem there, no one else in the SW universe did?

I think the actual comics are fairly clear that the Jedi knew something was up but had to make a gamble on the idea that Dooku had screwed up rather than they were being played.
Because the galaxy was falling to pieces.
