Ahsoka promises to become a worthy Jedi...if she survives the war.

Okay... Money on the table... I bet my sock she dies.

Retail Clain? Weird name for a droid.

San Hill is so tough...
He's the only Separatist Council member to survive Darth Vader's slaughter on Mustafar.
I want that Muun, not excuses!
That's no Muun, it's a Space Station.

Interesting. Using the links Coffee provided, I've found Jabba's protocol droid, what appears to be an RA-7 or 3PX, and that seems to be about everything of interest.

Anyone else think Jabba's droid could be another 3PO variant?

Oh, I also am rather irritated by the lack of Cody and Rex pics. frustrated

EDIT: There also seem to be 8 characters whose entries have yet to be revealed.

EDIT #2: Coffee, would you mind giving a link to this other forum?

Here you go: Star Wars TV Forum

And you seem to have discovered the secret of finding the photos the OS doesn't want you to see yet... tongue

I'm betting that Teth's involvement is due to Filoni's apparent knowledge of Plo Koon...

You know, I was talking to my friend Tim tonight (a passing Star Wars enthusiast--movies/limited knowledge of books, mostly action figures etc.) and I was expressing to him some of our concerns about TCW making little smudge marks all over the continuity and timeline and he spoke sheer brilliance. I'm sure that, being surrounded by such brilliance on these boards, someone has already come to this conclusion, but it was the first I'd heard of it and I thought it was really clever.

So, R2-D2 is telling the entire Star Wars saga to the Whills or somesuch many ka-billions of years in the future, right? That's what Lucas has stated that Star Wars is--a narration given by the droid that was there through it all. Well, Tim's theory is that, by this point, Artoo is so old...he just has some glitches in his memory banks. That could explain a lot.

Hmm...well played, Tim. Well played. thinking

I thought Retail Clain was a typo for Retail Clan... presumably a separate division from Banking Clan.

Eh, the "foggy window onto history" excuse has always seemed like a cop-out to me. I really prefer to think that what I'm reading is what actually happened rather than a third party's mythologized version of events chronicled "a long time" after the fact.

Give Tim a firm handshake for me, though.

That's what my first thought was, but it's written as if he's one of several droids.

I think Arawn may have been onto something here:

I can go with it and have done ever since it was revealed as "official" policy. The continuity isn't perfect, we know it's not perfect, so we really can't be reading or seeing things "exactly as they happened". *Shrug*

I mean, Calrissian, I don't think the characters even look like their actors. They're actors. Terran actors. Mark Hamill is as much Luke Skywalker as Clive Owen is King Arthur. mischief

Certainly, I'd prefer it in some respects if we "saw things exactly as they happened"... but it doesn't seem like we do.

For the most part though, we can. Which is why it's so frustrating when we can't, if you get what I'm saying. If the continuity screwups were all across the board, the whole thing would be a total mess, and I for one wouldn't be interested at all. But, by and large, it gels, really it does.

I don't like the idea of reshuffling the clone wars to make these new stories fit near the end. The clones are all in Phase I armor which was phased out by then. I'm also not sure why this particular piece of EU is more important than any other. Because GL is involved? He's almost always involved! I mean, that was the excuse for the Tartakovsky series taking presedence over LoE. And I really don't think he was THAT involved in either of these series.
The novels and comics go through his company, employed by people HE hired. So he's just as involved in those, too.

I've come to the personal conclusion that rather than shuffle the clone wars timeline around to fit this series in, I'm just going to view it like Lego Star Wars.
I mean Lego doesn't count because it also screws around with the plot line (much more so than CW will but still…) and because they are legos so they don't look like real characters.
Well, it's the same with this series. They don't look the same. They're CGI cartoon versions, just like the Legos.

And, just like the Lego games, while I'm sure to enjoy the Clone Wars, sorry George, it just doesn't count in my Star Wars universe.
