TPBs are the real money makers? Awesome. I now do not feel bad about not constantly buying individual issues of comics

Well, the issue is where they recoup the costs of production, so it's not like it's just money going down a pit. Money on issues, money on TPBs -- it's just a matter of timing. You're still giving them your three bucks an issue or whatever -- it's just whether you're giving it to them before or after they make $X, when X is the amount it cost to make the comic.
It's like the "winning shot" in basketball -- yeah, sure, you couldn't have won without Timmy making that basket at the buzzer . . . but you still couldn't have won without Larry making the first basket of the game too.

Quick question:
Who is the holo of that Nyna is looking at when she says "run" at the end of Legacy 19? Are we supposed to recognise them? I've read the series straight through this time and I was a bit lost at that.

Yes. She also shows the holo in issues 10 and 16.

Damn, thanks, I utterly missed the fact that Nyna was Morrigan. That's what she's doing in the shower to her eyes as well, yeah?
Okay, that makes a bit more sense.
I have to admit that I've warmed to LEGACY, although I prefer it when Cade isn't the focus of the stories.

How will the delay of Rebellion and Dark Times affect Vector? From my understanding, Vector 5-8 was supposed to be split between the two, with 9-12 wrapping the arc up in Legacy. Will this delay mean the Legacy Vector issues will be pushed back as well, and that Vector will effectively end for the time being after the four KotOR issues?

Dark Times and Rebellion aren't going on hiatus until after their respective Vector arcs.

I'd be happy to advise too. I've got over 45 Star Wars TPB. What's really good, the average, what should consider radioactive.

My utilisation of complex locution to ask what's more pathetic, fans who worship their movie actors, or the actors who couldn't give a damn, is more a reflection of my own superincumbent mental actuity than any circumscribed lexicon. Don't you agree?

On the subject of TPB's, how could DH collect issue #20-#27 of Legacy? Aren't the Vector issues exclusive to that arc combined with Rebellion? It would just feel odd buying 4 issue Legacy trades.

Well, we don't know what will follow the Vector issues of Legacy, so it's possible that, especially if there are a couple "side stories," (like # 4, # 13, # 22 etc.) that one or two of those could be combined with some of the later issues in the 20–27 run for a TPB. Then we could have two TPBs of 5–6 issues each.
I'm really wondering how they're going to anthologize Vector itself. Will they give several options, i.e. one anthology for the whole story plus indiv. trades within each repective title? or will there be only one purchasing option?

Re: Vector
In practical terms given how it links the various stories so far, I'd be inclined to say DHC will put out either a single volume Vector collection or split it into Vol 1 & Vol 2, but I'd say we really need to see how KOTOR 28 ties up its respective section.

I think it's already been established that Vector as a whole will be compiled into two trades. But for the life of me I can't find the source of that...

Which seems odd since Vector seems like an attempt to get readers of one Star Wars comic interested in the other ones, which fails if they're not going to be continuing half of them afterwards.
I'd think that any new fans they did attract with vector would have lost interest by the time that the postponement ended.
Not that making the Vector thing seem less gimicky is a bad thing. Maybe this all makes sense and listening to marvel and DC fans has just made me too cynical about things that appear to be 'editorialy mandated'.

Generally the editors at the smaller companies, like DHC and IDW, have to be more careful than their Big Two counterparts as there's less ability to take a loss. Also the only way for them to get noticed in the glut of product now on sale is by doing better material than the Big Two. I'd say both do this very well.
