Long, pointless action sequences and no real plot at all. It was obvious what was going to happen and the ending was way too rushed.
I have not really enjoyed Denning's books and this is no exception. A lackluster end to a good series.
RF: Use the Invincible sticky. Or PM a mod to ask if you can have a spoiler thread... if the topic is distinct enough to warrant one.

First chapter I noticed exactly the same, it seemed like he was expanding on everything just to fill pages. It wasn't epic like TUF, it was like 'well let's tidy this mess up and sweep it under the carpet as quickly as possible'
