I read once upon a time on Shannon McRandle's website that a guy had decided to name his daughter Mara Jade because it's a beautiful name and not necessarily Star Wars. But that's for a girl. 
I would personally go with Jacen. Haha.

You just call him son,or you name him in some Sw nerd name and when his old enough you let him choose,i dont think most people tkae the name seriously,so there is no problem to change it.

I personally love using fictional names for real ones. The world is becomming to stagnant name wise.
Anyways here's my list for boys, some I might use (some will have already been mentioned):
- Pash (sadly I can't really use cause my last name is Potter and it only sounds right if I say the entire name with the middle name in there.)
- Corran
- Gilad (easy enough to go by Gil)
- Kol
- Zayne
- Cade
- Zev
- Wes (after our favorite Rogue jokester)
- Tycho
- Garik
- Keith
- Rayf (personally a name I am heavily going to swing for in the future
