If you think about it, the Mara model has med to dark red hair, and Luke has light brown. (Padme dark brown and Anakin dark blond/light brown. Mara's parents I assume one of the at least was red, yet there's also Grammas Shmi and Jobal, black hair, and Ruwee, brown.) There's a lot more dark than light, so be isn't going to be a golden red. Besides, women, sssshhhhhhh, die their hair sometimes, or lighten it..... IMHO, I have to say, sadly, that Ben is quite homely.... Like an exaggerated Anakin.... *runs away*
