As you may or may not now, the boards have implemented a moderator review process. I'm the first of the Lit mods to come up for review, and we're looking for your input. What you do is fill out the questionnaire below and PM it to one of our three admins -- ObiWan506, General Kenobi, or LAJ_FETT. Your feedback will be discussed and then they will berate me share that feedback with me anonymously. If you don't care about anonymity, you can also PM me with your review, but be sure to also send it to the admins. I will not be handing out candy for good reviews, however. Please take the time to fill this baby out -- we want to hear from you and have a good cross-section of forum opinion. This review will be open for two weeks.
I am an active member of the [INSERT FORUM NAME] and I am sending this questionnaire to you in order to assist in the moderator review of [MODERATOR NAME].
Please rank the moderator in the following areas using a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being poor, 3 being average and 5 being excellent. If you are not sure of how to answer a question, please indicate 'N/A' for 'not applicable'.

I confess, I don't much care for Havac's moderation style at times. I think he's just trying to enforce the rules and we definitely needed someone to step in at times to remind people to be civil. I do think he's decidedly overzealous at times though and should dial it back a notch.
The number of times we've butted heads over the SOS is proof of that in my mind.
(And I know he'd argue it's just proof the SOS is a vanity thread but I don't agree so what can I say)

Just to be clear: this isn't a thread for revewing Havac in public. This is a thread with info about how to submit a review through the formal Moderator Review process. Please PM any concerns either to Havac directly (as always) or to one of the three admins (see first post).
Joking/teasing/what have you is acceptable here; this isn't an open forum on Havac, however.
