So where exactly does Force Unleashed take place post Revenge of the Sith?

I mean Darth Vader was just on Kashyyyk in Dark Lord Rise of Darth Vader shouldn't he have like sensed the apprentice the first time around or what?

It's a Legacy-era holodrama. It didn't actually happen. whistling

An animated cartoon about Obi-Wan and Padawan Anakin would have made more sense.

And as far as finding Starkiller goes, perhaps the family hadn't fled there by Dark Lord--or SA's father had better sense than the Jedi from Dark Lord, so it took longer to find out they were there.

Starkiller was found in 18 BBY according to the Essential Guide to the Force

There is a faction of meatbags called the Sith. They want what any rational meatbag would want - the power to assassinate anyone

Assuming the game's dialogue is correct, that doesn't work. It'd have to be 17 BBY at the earliest (and even that would seem odd).

Not a major spoiler, it's from the demo:
Vader: Where is your master?
Kento: You killed my master years ago!
Insert
Vader: I've only been evil for a year.

It's in the timeline at the beginning of the book.

Easily explained.

Novel dialogue:

Kento: The dark side has clouded your mind. You killed my master years ago.
Vader: Then you shall share his fate.
[Insert Galen interference)
Kento: Run! Run now! Don't look back!

Kento was attempting to distract Vader from Starkiller. This the statement may not be incredibly accurate thus, or Starkiller could be commenting about Sith in general.

Fair point.
