It'd have to be 17 BBY at the earliest (and even that would seem odd). Not a major spoiler, it's from the demo: Vader: Where is your master? Kento: You killed my master years ago! Insert Vader: I've only been evil for a year.

This the statement may not be incredibly accurate thus, or Starkiller could be commenting about Sith in general.
