Dave, a word of advice if and when Dark Horse decides to reprint the entire Marvel run of Star Wars comics:
Please do not try and place them arbitrarily on your Dark Horse timeline, PLEASE can you check with continuity experts if you have any timeline questions, because trust me, this has all been worked out before by timeline fans, people such as Dan Wallace, Chaz LiBretto, James McFadden, Chris McElroy, myself, etc . . .
If you need any assistance, all you need to do is ask!

In terms of Dark Horse's timeline, the easiest thing for them to do would be to just list all Marvel Star Wars comics in one big range and say that they collectively occur between such and such dates on the timeline. I'm not positive, but I think they all occur between ANH and a little after ROTJ.

Considering they are already part of the timeline, no matter what order they are put in fit in the timeline somehow, but fans will have to sort it out.
Putting infinities on them would just be conflicting with lfl's policy, and what they already deemed fit for marvel. Expect if marvel get's marked with infinities, TTT, and the rest of the EU could be fair canidates as well.
Also note that LFL's police according to TOS, that Infinties on tale doesn't mean, that all the stories are AU, just that some of them could be.
Beyond that infinities will be put onto future story arcs, that LFL deems not fit to be part of continuity.

Don't worry (although I don't know why it WOULD worry you if it was) it won't be labled Infinities.
As for timeline placement that'll fall to Lucasfilm.
