If they actually destroy Coruscant in the New Jedi Order books, I will lose all remaining interest in the books. I am already annoyed about Chewie's death and of course them killing Jimmy in Star by Star is just pathetic. Ithor was such a beautiful and interesting planet, I am ticked it was destroyed. If they destroy Coruscant then that's it. Give the books back to Bantam. This is turning into Babylon 5 or some other ridiculous sci fi pulp.

In a far-future fan-fic I wrote where the capital was no longer on Coruscant, I created a planet called Republica.

Republika.
Republika was part of the title of some political book.

Ah, I get it. I thought it was kind of a bland name myself... putting the "k" in makes it a bit less bland, I suppose.
