	I don't see why they're so affraid to try the new way. Just put the new mod on a probationary period and see how they go. If they're not quite up to it then try someone else. Lets be honest, it's not an easy job,often getting abused, and not all people will want it even if offered. [face_shocked] We also need someone who is going to be online when the other Mods are getting all of their beauty sleep. and lets face it, thats a hell of alot of sleep needed. -----signature----- As long as I can remember, I've always had memories.
