The trailers are all on TFN. Just search for "Clone Wars Promo download" on the TFN search page and it'll give you links to all of the promos. As to the file type, there are free viewers for AVI and WMV file types.

Wow...just wow.
You know, I've been so skeptical of this new cartoon. I'm not a Samurai Jack fan(it has some good moments, and I like the stylish directing, but on the whole, it's just way too slow for me), and I don't think its art style fits with Star Wars at ALL. Just about every design I've seen(aside from mechanical stuff and the clones) has made me cringe.
...and yet. This Hungarian promo is totally badass! I am totally pumped! And the three-minute time limit could end up being a great thing. The story will have to move quickly, and be action-packed--so we won't have to sit through boring 10-minute scenes of a character walking through a quiet forest, like in Samurai Jack.
I'm still pretty iffy on the series. Dooku looks like a joke, and I don't see the big deal about Durge and Assaj(did I get that name right?). But if Genndy and co. can live up to that 53 second promo, this show will be a huge hit. Here's hoping...

There was a ~1 min preview that is airing on CN similar to the Hungarian preview execpt with some audio. It plays like a teasertrailer.
EDIT: I have sent the files to TFN so, hopefully they will post it soon. There are in AVI and WMV formats.

The 3 of the 4 US promos (I sent the 4th one in this morning, so we have to wait for them to post that one) as well as the promos from other countries are all on TFN. Just search for "Clone Wars Promo download" on the TFN search page (click here and it'll give you links to all of the promos available (since TFN has all of them up. As to the file type, there are free viewers for AVI, MOV and WMV file types.

Well, I just saw the preview on Sensor room.
It's about 6 mins long and has about 3 minutes of footage. We hear Asajj and Obi-Wan's voice in it, and there not too bad. Unfortunately, the lip sync doesn't seem to be too good.
We see quite a few cool shots, like about 100 Gunships going through the sky, and Obi-Wan and Anakin free-falling from about 100 meters up.
Genndy Tartakovsky reveals there is 12 ARC troopers, I'm not sure if that's including the red one or not.
