Clone Wars / Hyperspace question

Here's the deal:
I'm going spoiler-free for EpIII, but I'm spoiling myself for the CW Cartoon.
I'm considering joining Hyperspace on the OS for the CW content alone (plus the droid control ship scene). What I'm wondering is - Will the Clone Wars shorts be downloadable with Hyperspace? $20 works out at about £13 which isn't a lot over the year I know, but I'm not going to be accessing any of the other Hyperspace material. Therefore, if the OS isn't going to let me download a reasonable high quality version of the episodes, I'm not going to bother. Some videos from the OS in the past have been 'locked' to prevent local playback (-which is damned cheeky if you're on a 56k and you've spent two hours downloading a documentary to watch it just once).
I know you're thinking "why not just tape them?" but I don't have digital and I'm not going to get it just for one cartoon series. I just don't want to be round at my brother-in-law's house every night for two weeks pratting around with his video, y'know? I'd rather have a set of quicktime files I can watch any old time, rather than messing on with a videotape.
So, you see my dilemma anyway.
Is there anyone in here on Hyperspace that knows what the score is likely to be?

You can save them, if you know where your temporary internet files folder is.

I imagine that you can download the cartoon episodes to your computer and burn them to CD.

There isn't an option on the site to download them.
As soon as you watched it, you need to go into your Temporary Internet Files folder, find the proper file (i.e. the one a few MB's big) and copy and paste it into the folder you want.

I've found you can right-click on the movie-screen, and select Save as Quicktime Movie or something like that.
The problem in the past (IE: the making of Episode II videos) was that they disabled this feature. Luckily there is a way around that, and anything after those doesn't seem to have been dabbled with in that way.

I'll double check, but if I'm not mistaken, you need to have Quicktime Pro for that.

Yup, it won't let me click on "Save as Quicktime Movie"

yeah, i think that you can save quicktime things on your comp. go to save target as...

Rather than changing the subject (ie going off-topic), we can just let it lie until the cartoons appear on Hyperspace
Then we'll know for sure, and my question will have been answered. From what I gather though, they should be downloadable, as I've been told the Droid Control Ship scene is.
So I guess we can leave the thread for a month or so
