Hey Anakin, on a scale of 5 to 500, 5 being the WORST, how would you rate starwars.com's ability to have the first chapter of the clone wars up and running on Fri, Nov 7th?
 LOL! Yes, if you havn't seen the similar thread on the OS boards you should check it out. It's like 30 pages of ticked off HS paying members ripping the staff up and down, and there's nothing anyone can say. I really hope they've learned their lesson.

The file is from aol.com
On an unprotected server.
It seems hyperspace links to it. But as it's not actually housed on hyperspace (like the Ep2 droid control ship deleted scene) and anyone can view the file, I'd say it's fair game.
And also bear in mind that the Micro Series isn't an "exclusive" like the HS webcam, deleted scene, chats etc - it's freely available on network TV worldwide, an on cartoonnetwork.com and starwars.com in a smaller screensize.

So it's HS that's breaking the rules then. They say it's an exclusive (the size and commentry anyway), but it's avaliable on AOL?

Well, when I say "freely available" I don't mean there's a big link on aol.com's website for all aol subscribers and visitors to see and follow.
The files are hosted on a non-private aol.com server, not on starwars.com/hyperspace, or so it seems...
So yes, people like me who only signed up on Hyperspace for this cartoon have reason to be miffed at how poorly this thing has been set up. But personally, I don't mind. The more people who see the cartoon the better. 
We may get the hard word from LFL about this and have to go and edit out certain info from this thread - but we're hoping that as this cartoon isn't really a HS exclusive, and the episodes are airing globally, that LFL won't care if URLs get passed around.

HS large
