Use this thread to discuss the different references of Star Wars in Family Guy!
This was inspired by the many references, from Lando's betrayal, to last night's new episode with Palps.
Palps was unexpected, and imagine if someone actully just pushed him over like Lois does.

I think the Mayor was supposed to be some sort of Obi-wan reference with the bannana.
Not to mention the flashbacks.
And I loved Cleveland's descent to the Dark side and the Emporer.
I was about to mention it here myself.

oh yeah, that was hilarious.
Remember the scene with Luke giving laser eye surgery with a lightsaber?
LUKE: Ok Mrs. Wilson, just a quick inscision here and we'll be done.
OBI-WAN: Use the Force Luke.
LUKE: Really? 'cause i was just gonna-
OBI-WAN: Just use the Force.
Luke uses the Force to send lightsaber straight through the woman's head.

There was the episode where Peter was picturing his children's faces and he can't remember Meg so he just pictures Boba Fett instead "Sweeet"
Also he mentions Boba Fett when he's betting Lois all his Star Wars figures except for the Fett Man.

For the new season, a joke was cut that included Boba Fett again.
Do you remember when Lois shouts our George Clooney duriing sex? In that scene, it was supposed to go:
PETER: There are only three people you can sleep with: Calvin Clein, Sylvester Stalone and Boba Fett.
FETT: All right! I'm not gonna be a virgin anymore!
Too bad it was cut. The episode was still hilarious.

They've had a lot of SW references in the new season- tehre was a Yoda-riding-Luke gag from Stewie while he was riding Brian a couple episodes ago.

In this weeks episode, Cleveland was fighting with Quagmire and held a baseball bat above him like a lightsaber as Quagmire was lying on the ground. The various characters all shouted NO! then it panned over and showed Palpatine saying "Good! Let the hate flow through you!" Lois then pushed him out of the way saying "You're not helping!"
