Some other SW references in the Family Guy movie include a SW-style scene transition wipe during a scene in the desert and Jawas gathering around Stewie and Brian's car while they're in San Francisco ("Go away! Go away! Utinni utunni! Filthy creatures.")

There are always Lucas references in nearly every episode of American Dad or Family guy. Seth just likes his classic american cinematic epics. He has good taste.

Last nights episode had the most blatant references yet. I loved Stewie flying around with the chicken in the cave. And the snowspeeder shot. Classic.

In the Family Guy movie "Stewie Griffin the untold story" ther are a couple....
one is where Peter has a segment on the news where he rants about stuff the "grinds his gears" and one of them was "not finding the driods your looking for" then it cuts to stormtroopers eating TV dinners saying "yeah I totally agree"
the other was Stewie was running up to the car and had to shew away Jawas

i have a TiVo and i just realized that in the scene where Stewie fights the terrorists, he grabs a rubber chicken and the main baddie grabs a sword. Their duel is exactly the opening shot of the Yoda vs. Dooku duel, with Stewie jumping around and flipping like Yoda and the terrorist spinning his sword around like the good Count.

There was one blatent obvious one in American Dad where at the convention to draw attention away from Smith he shouts out "Hey look! It's the guys who won't let the original, non-SE Star Wars Trilogy go to DVD!" And the whole crowd goes balistic.

If you look at what's come out so far, Family Guy is probably the most heavy Star Wars referenced show on TV and they're always hilarious.
A couple of my favorites are when Stewie has a dream where he shoots his ray gun at Santa only to have Santa deflect them harmlessly away with his hand and when Peter goes to a shooting range and you see a stormtrooper trying to shoot his blaster at a cardboard cutout of Luke but keeps missing.
This is an indirect reference but Peter's toy company, Happy Go-Lucky toys is a spoof of Hasbro but it's subtle.
Toyfare magazine did a Family Guy feature that pointed out all the references and little jokes on each episode fom Season 1-3 and they point this out.

Sorry this isn't related to Family Guy, but was anyone else disturbed by Foxxie Love's use of the lightsaber on Wednesday night's episode of Drawn Together?
Admittedly, it was so over-the-top, it made me laugh pretty hard.
