As I mentioned two times before GL has said the Clone Wars 3D Animated Series is going to have an asian anime look to it. Hopefully the Asian anime look works well for the Clone Wars 3D Animated Series. I hope and think it will look like the Final Fantasy movies. If it looks like that or even close to that it will look awesome. Maybe they will continue to use the Asian anime look on all their Animated Shows in the future if the Clone Wars 3D Animated Series is successful with it.

That sounds so cool! I'm sad to see so many anime haters around here. One can't judge them all. BLEACH is an example of a realistic anime. The girls still have big eyes, but the men look normal. Then again, each to his/her own. It won't kill you if you don't like it.
Anyway, the prospect of a redo of Clone Wars in 3D anime style sounds really cool!

I'm a BLEACH fan!  Ichigo fighting Zaraki Kenpachi with lightsabres sounds like a great idea for a crossover fanfiction.

Hmmm...I just realized this forum has been empty for four months or so. I must be talking to myself. I love all anime (except the overrated Sailor Moon) and SW in that format sounds terrific. *walks back out*

Your caricature is right on for much of anime. However, there is very excellent anime that has nothing comparable here in the US--which isn't to say there isn't good animation here (Batman, Transformers, etc.)
That said, The Clone Wars' bizarre style isn't quite anime, but it's close.
Now, if we get something like Pikachu and the Ewoks, then I'd be forced to say to GL, "I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU!"
