Morning everyone,

(I haven't been here in a year, so sorry if this question is redundant.)

Does anyone else remember Darth Vader's appearance on the 'Wacko Saturday Morning Preview and Other Good Stuff Special' back in the fall of '77?

I've been to several sites that feature photos & video of 'Star Wars' tv guest spots (Donny & Marie, Bob Hope special,Sesame Street, Carrie/Leia on SNL). None of them seem to remember the 'Wacko' special.

I can't remember too much of it now (I was 6), I remember Vader shouting "Wacko!" (followed by a deep breath). And I remember a commercial for the special referring to "Darth 'Star Wars' Vader". Soupy Sales (with Whitefang & Blacktooth) was the best thing about the special.
