SE-style changes to the original Clone Wars Series?

I was watching vol.2 of the CW the other day and I noticed a couple of things that could be changed pretty easily by going back and simply adding different colors. The most obvious change would be changing Greivous' cape from white to black, as it is in ROTS, and another change that I thought would be pretty cool would be adding Mace's purple lightsaber in Anakin's knighting scene. His conspicuous absence is noted by Genndy in the commentary, which he states can be acknowledged as symbolic of Mace's disdain for Anakin, but I disagree. I think that adding Mace to this scene would enhance the scene and enhance the tragic effects of Anakin's betrayal in Palpatine's office. I was wondering what people thought about the prospect of making any changes to the CW and what other changes might be possible without having to animate completely new scenes.

Have Grievous kill Shaak Ti. (Lucas could remove her hologram from ROTS.)
Why didn't Grievous kill her, was he in love with her or just liked seeing her in bondage?
Have a new scene with San Hill escaping Republic custody.

If such a thing were to happen, I'd like to see the continuity fixed first 
Also, it'd be nice if the troopers in the Palps abduction scene had Ep3-Trooper armour. Oh, and the Troopers voices shouldn't cound American. And neither should Palps 
That being said, I'm actually pretty cool with the series as it is. I think the 'mistakes' give it character. I'd certainly be up for new scenes though

That's what they had.
Though they should replace those Blue Senate Guards with Red Royal Guards or at least add in some Red Royal Guards.

They should just re-do Volume II altogther and animate Labyrinth of Evil, which was so much better.

As long as they keep that opening rescue scene, I am cool with that. Though I've never read, LOE. Pretty good, is it?

LOE and the clone wars comics show the cartoon for the kiddie show it is. The cartoon's for kids; the comics and LOE are for grown-ups who want to be kids.
