That was a rumor started by a fan that claimed Amy Allen said that she'd been approached by Lucas for the live action series. Amy Allen denied telling the fan this and as G-Fett pointed out her death was rather definitive. So as much as I'd like to see some hot Amy Allen action I think we're out of luck bro.

I suspect we may see cameo roles from some of the main actors from the films (Obi-Wan, the droids, etc.). It's fanservice, and a crowd-pleaser. After all, they brought Harrison Ford in for an episode of Young Indy in order to get higher ratings... even though it failed to help.

It would be great if Ewan agreed to do a cameo, but I would be amazed if that happened. Actors of his calibre tend to move on. The SW films didn't do much for his career and he'll probably have the same opinion of Obi-Wan as Alec Guiness had before too long.
