1) AT-AT Restroom (simple, but frelling great)
2) Ponda Baba's story ("that's not what i said!")
3) Ackbar Cereal ("it's a trap!")
4) Luke & Leia "wrong" skit
5) Naboo/Coruscant/Death Star janitor
Honorable Mentions: Disco Lobot, "Martini!", and the British Space Slugs.
Apparently the "Holiday Special Therapy" skit was a teaser commercial and not part of the actual show. But it looks like starwars.com has that "on the couch" skit avaialble at the link Pablo provided.

The Janitor cleaning up Maul, Mace and Palpatine was great. I also loved the Power Convertors. Now we know why Luke was so upset. 
The opening was pretty cool as well. Dark Chicken. Very funny. Wish it was an hour

Absolutely hilarious, though i agree i wanted MORE! I think i nearly had a heart attack at Ackbar's cereal commercial, it was so insanely funny. The Jar-Jar/Vader stuff was great too, the ultimate horror -- having an immortal Jar Jar forever following you around!

It was pretty funny and the funniest moment of all in my opinion was Jar-Jar with Vader, but there were also many more funny scenes such as the AT-AT restroom scene.

I got several good chuckles out of it. I laughed most during the Jar-Jar scene and I enjoyed the phone call from Darth to tell Palpatine about the Death Star getting blown up. That sketch went a little long but it was funny nonetheless. I especially thought the Luke/Leia scene was quite clever.
