I've been watchin How I met your Mother lately, and there's a few there. My favourite is when Barney is becoming the suit wearing womaniser that he is in the show, and the transformation mirrors Vader (when the suit is being put on) in RotS.

I just watched Stargate SG1 and in this episode, O'Neal and Teal'q went over to Carter's house to try to cheer her up. So they bring a pizza and a movie and the movie is Star Wars. You find out that O'Neal had never seen Star Wars before until Teal'q watched it and Teal'q watched it 9 times in a row( Teal'q is a Star Wars fan  !). I really found Carter's line funny. She looked at O'Neal with this look of disbelief and told him 'You never seen Star Wars before!?'.

Best one of these is:
Stewie vs. Osama duel choreographed to the Yoda / Dooku duel of AOTC;
The Tusken Choire;
or Jek Porkins riding on top of the X-Wing in the Blue Harvest special

I just happened to catch all of the Family Guy SW references on the Blue Harvest DVD the other night and I must admit: the above mentioned clip was very amusing.
