Heidi Shannon for Mara Jade. She's done voice work for Jade on two occasions already, so she'd technically be reprising her role. :P
Beyond that, I wouldn't really know who else. I read the Thrawn Trilogy so long ago, I can't really remember what I thought the characters sounded like. However, I do think that Johnny Depp would make a good C'Boath, like MsLanna said.
