I noticed the name in my favorite boards list changed for this.
Is this an overhaul or just a short term name change?

This is a new name that will stick around until such a time as we possibly need to split off a forum for the Live Action series. Then under the Star Wars Television heading, we would probably rename this Clone Wars & Classics and create a new Live Action forum.

heh, never even noticed b/c I direct link here.
I'd prefer SW TV:Clone Wars, Live Action & Classics.
Clone Wars is the first series up, Live Action is barely on the horizon at this point.

Live Action, Clone Wars & Classics
It certainly doesn't roll off the tongue, does it?
Personally, I thought SSSW was fine until we split the forums. Not sure why it needed changing at this point, really?

We wanted to better reflect and convey the nature of the forum- as we've had many people saying they didn't think SSSW was clear enough. At the same time, we wanted to avoid radically changing the forum name to something like "SW TV" only to have to rename it again in a year or so when we eventually split off a separate LA forum.
So, this way, the title will stay relatively consistent from this point on, with only the "Live Action" part being removed later (which will likely be easier to do with the banners and such having LA as a suffix rather in the middle). This place will ultimately be "Clone Wars & Classics", and this way people can get used ot that name without having the LA part in the middle.
Yes, we are now "Live Action, Clone Wars And Classics", or LACWAC.
"LACWAC!"
And, yes, once we split off the LA forum, us TV mods here will be simply CWACs.

To be completely honest, I like Small Screen Star Wars best.
Keeps it short and simple. Plus we talk about more than just LA and CW. Whatever happened to the genius what is Ewoks and Droids
