Very good comparison. That's exactly how I see it. Had her attitude been eased in we would have been able to accept it easier, but spouting off her smart mouth two minutes after she is introduced to her new master, was a bit unrealistic. And all the nicknames... I think I could have handled it better had she started calling him Master Skywalker or Anakin a few times before she jumped on the "Sky guy" thing. EDIT: Oh, and with the manager/new job comparison. Take that scenario and make her new manager a young male of 20 or so you'd still think she would want to show him respect until she got to know him better. Then she might start bantering around.
