As set out in our LACWAC Spoiler Policy (Found Here),

We are keeping a NON-SPOILER Thread running throughout the season, for those of you who don't want to know anything about any of the upcoming episodes.

Our forum policy is that
for two weeks after the US airing of each episode, any specific discussion of an individual episode will be kept to that episode's *official* thread.

After that 2 week period, the contents of that episode can be discussed in ANY thread in the forum. If you haven't seen it yet, you're on your own. For anyone in the UK or internationally that won't have televised access to TCW during that two-week period, we apologize, but we've never before had to deal with a weekly influx of new SW goodness.

This thread will be updated each week in the title to reflect what information is no longer considered to be "spoilerific" in nature.

This may seem harsh, but it's to protect the fans who want to dive into each weekly episode not knowing anything about what will happen.

Anyone who's seen the last season of Battlestar Galactica will appreciate the need to stay spoiler-free.

Feel free to PM Quest or I with any questions. I was a manager of 3NS (ROTS non-spoilers), and a member of 2NS, so I know the importance of maintaining this thread as spoiler-free. Feel free to PM either of us if there's some unintended spoilers in a post that we missed.

Thanks very much, we're looking forward to the first season! G_M.

I have watched both episodes and I can tell you that you won't be disappointed.

The consensus so far seems to be that both episodes were superior to the theatrical release.

If you liked the Clone Wars movie, it's hard to imagine that you won't like the first two episodes of the TV show. It improves on the movie in just about every aspect.

I'll echo that sentiment- the movie was dissapointing, but the first two episodes are tremendous improvements.

I'll definitely agree with these statements and I did like the theatrical release. I can also see why the critics reviews of the show were favorable.

Ambush was okay, but Malevolence part 1 was pretty sweet.

The movie would have been a lot better had it stayed as the first three episodes of the tv series, IMO.

You could clearly split it into three episodes, agreed. Christophis, Teth, and Tatooine.

Thanks guys. happy

Wouldn't it be the first two episodes clear for spoilers, since 101 & 102 aired the same night? Or did Canada not air them both?

I agree with alot of the sentiment on here. I enjoyed the theatrical release but the 1st 2 episodes were much better. I wasn't epecting to like them as much as I did so it was a nice surprise. I'm now looking forward to the rest of the season.

Canada didn't get the opening night double feature, just Ambush, but we caught up on Halloween. happy

So...to you non-spoiler folks...any reason in particular you're not posting much in this thread? Is there anything we could change about it that would make it more useful to you? Is 2 weeks beyond the US airdate not enough time for your country's airing schedule or is it something else?
