	I´m not aware if it´s assured that Ashoka will die in TCW by any of the creative people involved. Assuming that TCW keeps up with the good rating performance and that GL finally discovers that not only the Clone Wars Era could be covered by an animation series, could there be the slightes possibility that Ashoka survives Order 66 and takes on the fight against the Empire like similar shown in some DH comics or the post RotS young adult novels? I know some points do speak against this theory, but I would like to see Ashoka growing up and furthermore I´d like to have more SW on TV. Guys, I'm going to lock this thread for now. We've clearly established a number of different scenarios where Ahsoka could either live or die after the TCW series, and the original thread question has been answered. Until we have more info and some idea where the TCW series is going with her, I'm going to lock this thread. 	Hehe...I see that you are quite fond of Ashoka? Somehow it doesnt feel right to end a kids show with the death of one main character. Nevertheless such things have happened. 	Both Ahsoka and Ventress need to die because that will make the series like the movies.It will also show that not everyone can have a happy, peaceful life in star wars. 	First, let's remember that this is primarily a kid's show. It would be very tramatic for Ahsoka to die in this series. That being said, if she was killed, it would further fuel Anakin's anger at the war and the Jedi Order. It would further scar him which is what Palpatine wants. So this is what I think will happen: We might be lead to believe Ahsoka is dead. Anakin will believe her dead but she'll live. If Ventress lived in CW and the Republic comics I can't see little Snips getting offed. 	Speaking with my daughter in mind I'd say that Asoka has to survive just because of the nature of CWA. 	I kind of want her to die - just because she isn't in RotS. However, speaking with my friends, cousins and really small children that we watch with - Guess what? They want her to live. So I guess, Ahsoka can fake her death, Anakin feels guilty about it, enrages... Ahsoka "Wakes Up" at the end of the series (The last frame). That can be a branch off the "The Dark Times". That can then give kids the message, "Baddies might win, Goodies aren't 100% winners". Then we can have the more mature Vader / Ahsoka duel in a "Dark Times" settings. Ahsoka would then "pretty much" be the Secret Apprentice, Palpatine will use her, she'll over-power Anakin, but de to her past, she won't kill the Emperor... But hey! That would be a good branch off - but she's also "die". If she HAS to die by Order 66, I'd like to see Rex hesitating, and his men shoots her

	No. She'll definitely die. In a recent Forcecast interview with Dave Filoni, he states there has been some thought (although he wouldn't say) as to how Ahsoka would end. 	Filoni only said that he had thought of ways for her to die, not that she will die. They're just considering the possibility. Personally, I think she needs to die in the end, and I think Dooku has to be the one to kill her. That would give Anakin that much more hatred for Dooku, making the ROTS fight even better, plus furthering his slide to the darkside. If Ashoka is there so Anakin can learn to lose people he is attached too, then having Ashoka die would keep that theme running, that he can't deal with death. -----signature----- "Only a Sith deals in absolutes. 	Honestly, I think Ashoka has to die for continuity sake and it can't be the very last episode of the series. There needs to be a period of grief or loss (especially for Anakin) before ROTS. If she dies in the very last episode, it will pose some continuity issues. Dooku can't kill her, or it would have been discussion material when they met in ROTS. Same with Grevious. 	I hope she survives the initial purge, so we can see an adult Ahsoka running around in the LAS. That'd make for an interesting story dynamic if she has to uncover the secret of Vader/Anakin. And if Vader kills her then, it lends more credence to Ben's "hunt down and destroy" line. I totally agree with this assessment / prediction... the only thing I would add is that her actual death will most likely take place off-screen, even if we see the beginning of the duel that leads up to it.
