My guess is that rex dose it with a big grinn on mis face
It is possible that grievous dose it, obi is for example if obi is informed right before the intro battle in rots that ashoka was killed on a mission by GG, but keeps the info from anakin to prevent him from making it a personal battle

I think either Ventress or Rex will do it. Ventress because then Anakin could take her out violently, hence explaining why those 2 aren't in Episode 3. Furthermore with new characters coming into the mix like Cad Bane (and possibly others), it'll be interesting to see their fates as well.

In a way, Rex turning on Ahsoka and taking her out would be pretty major, since they have worked together alot and Ahsoka saved him from being killed by Grievous (and will possibly save him many more times yet). That being said, for that, it would mean Ahsoka would still be alive during Episode III and and die off-screen, Episode III wise, but TCW series would actually show you that event happening. If she DOES infact go down to Rex and clones, it would be good to see her initially survive while other jedi get shot down and making it ALMOST seem like she will escape, only to find herself cornered and out-flanked somewhere by Rex and his men. It could allow for some nice dialogue like Ahsoka asking why, then Rex just replying "just following the Chancellors orders" and blasting her. This too would be shocking for her, since she could befriend Palpatine via Skywalker throughout the course of the series.

it is possible that she survives, and they are planning to use here in the live action series.
someone mention something about a secret temple constructed by a padawan and a master... might bee here.
Heck she might even team up with Kota Juno from TFU, that would explain where they went.
I trust the old man in figuring a brilliant story wink

Think that George will follow any sort of timeline is often hoping to much. He has destroyed that thought before with the death of padme.

Anyway, if he does follow a timeline and a series of events, Ahsoka must die. It may not happen on the tv show but somehow she must parish. I think vantress killing her would be somewhat dissapointing. I am not finding anything special about Vantress. She seems to get whiped a lot. LOL

As for Rex, it would be nice to see him deny the order 66, but for a leader and how close he was to the jedi, he is a perfect jedi killer.

I don't see Ahsoka surviving even up to the purge. Her death will be one of the factors that contributes to Anakin's downward spiral. Remember, Filoni has played up the "attachment" issue, and that seems to be the entire purpose of both Ahsoka and Rex. Anakin has already grown attached to them both. Between AofC and RotS, we really don't get much explanation or justification for Anakin's demise. But whatever happens to Ahsoka and Rex will probably add more credibility to that demise. My guess is still that Rex will die either saving Anakin or because Anakin couldn't get to him in time to save him (more of the guilt factor that he felt with his mother). Filoni comes across as absolutely devoted to the idea that Rex remains a positive character in the eyes of the fans, so I don't see him turning Rex into something negative by allowing him to turn into the "dark clone" version of Anakin. I could be completely wrong. Ahsoka, on the other hand, is a tougher one to figure out. It's been implied by Ashley that Ahsoka starts to follow down Anakin's path of darkness, though how far, we don't know. Again, it seems to me that Filoni and company have a lot invested in making Ahsoka likeable (whether you find her so or not) and in using her to somehow give more illustration to Anakin's descent. If she dies at someone else's hands, it will be agonzing for Anakin. If she dies at Anakin's hands (which I can actually see happening), it will be because somewhere along the line, she's able to reign her "dark" side back in and he isn't.

As for the comment made earlier about not being bothered by Cody or Gree or Bly carrying out Order 66 . . . believe me, it bothers me just as much as it bothers me that Rex might do it. Order 66 has bothered me since RofS came out, and all we had then was a bunch of nameless clones and a completely undeveloped clone named Cody. In TCW series, I think Cody is absolutely fantastic and an utterly positive character. Even though I know what he's going to do in RofS, it doesn't detract from my appreciation of him in the series. Someone has ventured that Cody and Rex might end up fighting it out. While I think that would be a great dramatic plot, it's something I would not want to see -- too heartbreaking.

That was actually pretty much my point. Order 66 is indeed very hard to watch, but something like it had to happen. I was just saying that because Order 66 was such a tough thing to see happen, it is tough for us to see any of the clones turn on the Jedi, and that was true even before TCW existed. I think ROTS did enough (in the limited time it had) to establish the camaraderie between Jedi such as Obi-Wan and clone commanders such as Cody. So even though he's a fan favorite now, Rex is not necessarily immune from the shocking event that was Order 66, because the others weren't either. Whether Filoni (and Lucas) agrees with that is something else... but either way, like I said, I hope TCW ends at the beginning of ROTS timeline-wise.

I think that if the show should end like rots
as for cody and rex. I'll quote cody "Would it have been too much to ask for the order to have come through before I gave him back the bloody lightsaber?"

Makes me believe that clones are "evil" in their rotes.
Thu they are programed for it.
I think it would be interesting too see ashoka fall to the darke side before anakin dose.
That would give him the sense of failing some one he cares about, because he will have to kill here one day.

Palpatin might ensure that ashoka is kidnapped ore something by ventress ore grievous and brought to korriban and made a apprentices by dookue.
Then i would enjoy it even more if dooku trained tano in combat (she should create here own modified style that starkiller later uses)
Try imagining ashoka with a red lightsaber and force lightning ^^

I mentioned this elsewhere, but I think it is more suited here:

The way I see it there is only 3 fates for Ahsoka.
1. She is killed in action. I think this would be hard to do on a kids show, but they have shown clone troopers getting shot so it could happen. This ain't the eighties, where censors made you hastily draw in Cobra pilots with parachutes in the bottom of the frame after their planes were destroyed.
I think the most likely death scene would come at the hands of Darth Sideous. Ahsoka, acting impulsivly, might follow Dooku or Grievous back to Sideous and he simply Zaps her we leave it at that. (She just goes missing...you don't have to tell the kids she's dead)

2. Ahsoka leaves Anakin and is brought into knighthood by another Jedi. She either has a big fight with Anakin (there both hotheads, and she is a teenage girl...you know how difficult they can be), or maybe after rescuing her own people in the comics, she decides she wants to be trained by her own kind and goes with a Tog. Jedi. Something will cause her to leave Anakin.

3. She falls to the Dark side. She was a hot head, and was given to Anakin as a test for him. It would make since that with him as a teacher and her own natural tendency to be impulsive, Ahsoka could be manipulated even easier than Anakin was. She may fall to the dark side in the 4th season (where she will be 15-16 and they could draw her a little older and make her an evil sexpot). This would give the scene in ROTS where he is denied Master status more meaning (instead of destroying the meaning if Ahsoka makes it to knighthood). The council basically would be saying, "we are still mad at you for letting your padawan slip to the dark side. You don't deserve to be a master no matter how skilled you are!"

I think options 1 or 3 would be good. I originally thought her death would be the only way I'd be happy, but killing a good guy would be hard on a kids show. Now turning that good guy bad in the beginning of the last season, and killing her off at the end (fall off a cliff so the kids don't see a dead body) would make the Clone wars a spectacular story.

Any takers for option 3? Option 1 has been discussed alot.

Ahsoka turning to the dark side seems unlikely. This show can't stand mild 'swear words' that have already been used in the films, can hardly stand to show the good guys lose, or the bad guys as anything but evil, evil, mean.. Like they're gonna make Miss Snips the kid romodel into a bad guy. I doubt it, and her death sounds more probable but also too 'heavy' for this show the way it is now. But who knows, someone did say the show gets darker later on..

I very much support that theory. Ahsoka may be a teenager, and I understand that hormones can usually be used as an excuse to constantly fluxuating emotions, but for a Jedi? Somehow, I don't think that would fly. They're expected to have a decent control on their emotions, no matter what their age. Ahsoka seems to lack that sort of restraint.

This is something I've thought a lot about: What if Ahsoka learned of Anakin's and Padme's relationship, and Anakin was aware she knew? Do you think that he would have taken any sorts of 'drastic actions' to prevent her from spreading their secret? I know that seems dark, but they did show Anakin killing defenseless younglings, and him strangling his wife.

That was after turning to the dark side.

True, but he did kill the Tusken Raiders before he officially turned... what I'm guess I'm trying to say is this: In a life or death scenario involving Padme and Ahsoka, Anakin would most likely choose Padme, both because of his personal attachments, and because Jedi serve the Republic and are supposed to be willing to sacrifice themselves, should the need ever arise. Does anybody else think it's possible for Ahsoka to be killed in that sort of situation?

Well in season one Anakin made sure Ahsoka stays with Padme during the threat of the Blue Shadow Virus to remove that kind of emotional decision so I think he has that kind of thing sorted, unless you mean a scenario kind of like the superhero film plot device where the vilain makes the hero choose between love and duty.

Personally I would love to see Ahsoka meet her end in an act of obedience, maybe Anakin making a poor strategic decision and Ahsoka, refusing to retreat due to her lessons she learnt in the show about obedience, dies trying to carry out the objective she is tasked with. That way we get a satisfying ending with suitable character progression.

I agree the Ashoka has to die for continuity's sake plus Anakin just doesn't seem dark and angry enough for the show to connect to ROTS with out some sort of event to shake him and his trust in the council. And yes i understand this is a kids show and they really can't show one of the main characters getting chopped in have or something.

My idea is to take the suggestion i've once or twice of Ashoka being taken off Anakin and given to another master to train and adding that she dies soon after that. This could move her death off screen making it easier on the kiddies and would give Anakin a reason to really hate the council because in his mind they caused her death by giving her to another jedi.
