Well, it's when I'm indoors that I over heat. The nice thing about a trooper helmet is that it catches the wind and pulls it in the helmet.

A lot of guys have fans inside their helmets. It's kinda funny to hear them humming away in a quiet room. I forget though, do you have a mike for your helmet? Those are popular too.

yeah.

My cooling fans are going to be controled with an extra box on my belt. This way I can turn them on or off when ever I want.

Darth vader has a voice amp. coming in the mail to go with his up grade. He's being fitted with a hand made costume with flashing lights and all.

If anyone ever finds some white COTTON velvet, please let me know. Silk wool or linen would work too, but cotton is cheaper than silk or wool.

I have been looking for some white velvet made of natural materials for years, for a handmaiden costume. Synthetics don't dye as well.

I picked up a movie from the walmart cheap-o bin; The Last Sentinel.
It stared Katee Sackoff from Battlestar Galactica. The world was taken over by drone police, funny thing. The drones wore armor and from the waist down it was the same as a storntrooper with out the knees and the sholders were the same too but modified.

If anyone wants help with repairs to fabric costumes, I'll be bringing out my sewing machine for the next few weeks at least, plus some things like hooks and eyes and velcro. I'll have black and brown thread as well.
