I just got a Tie-fighter helmet, Luke Skywalker X-wing helmet and the DVD of STAR WARS TECH as seen on The History Cennel.
I'll bring them to the garrison on Sunday.

Here's an idea I had for a costume for myself... Admiral Daala. I'll just have to find a way to temporarily get a bit more red in my hair. Much easier than white.

I have some CF issue boots that would work, but they're probably going to be in use for the picnic.
You can pick up a pair at Forest city surplus for about 20 bucks.

At this point any black boots will do. However, Luke wore those English riding boots that go up to the knee and the go for 3-4 hundred $ easy.

this year at the beal art show we one girl made a sculpture of a perosn emerging from the wall and it reminds me of hansolo in carbonite
so i decided that i might make a copy of myself frozen in carbonite

So, I've made the mold for a rebel trooper helmet and aplied the first shell. Now it has to dry. I should be able to make two of them in time for the parade.

I also got The Clone Wars original motion picture soundtrack and the limited edition numbered, 30th anniversary collector's edition box set.
