	I picked up the prize donation (some giftcards) from Neo Tokyo today. We now have all the donations. I also printed up ballots for the ballot draw, two 24" x 36" signs for a sandwich board sign holder which will display the day's schedule, some posters to put up downtown before the weekend, and certificates of achievement (which we'll give out to all the prize winners). 	Are they being sold anywhere? I was thinking we'd have to give them out to people who sign the guest book, on a while suplies last. 	I checked Dollarama in Sherwood Forest Mall and they have 2 different styles of foam swords in stock. There is a grey foam pirate-style sword (which I believe is $1), and a new "lightsaber" style sword with either a blue or red "blade" and lightsaber-shaped hilt. I believe these are $2 each and they seem to have a hard plastic core inside the foam. I can pick up some tomorrow - say $20 worth. 	Here's something I forgot. The 2 girls that have been volunteering at the past 2 events didn't want to come this year and sit at the tables all day. 	That's excellent. My brother told me that Walmart is selling Star Wars 3D kites in the shape of the Falcon, an X-wing fighter, and Vader's TIE fighter. They are $29 each. 	Lord_Robert and I divided up the prizes today. We have a prize for each age group in each game, plus we also have some draw prizes. The age groups are: 18 and Over 13 to 17 7 to 12 6 and Under The Stormtrooper March and Tug of War will be for the 3 older age groups only. The Colouring Contest will be for the 2 younger age groups only. Wookiee Sniper Shoot - four age groups Thermal Detonator Toss - four age groups Jedi/Padawan Race - one winning pair Colouring Contest - two age groups Stormtrooper March - three age groups (teams of 5) Tug of War - three age groups (teams of 6) Costume Contest - four age groups, best group/pair, best professional costume Lightsaber Tournament - four age groups -----signature----- Rebel Legion Canadian Base CO, 501st Legion Member IC-3909 http://www.mtfbwy.ca
