I want to know how the Jedi Council is formed. This means I need numbers and also an additional information about what rule is used for the composition of the Jedi Council. But I don't need necessarily the names of the current Jedi council.

Does anyone know why three teams didn't send in answers at all?
The questions weren't that hard were they?
