No, in this day and age being without a pc would be like being without an arm.
So much of our lives revolve around the damn things.

I have given Star Wars up for someone a long time ago, dropped everything. It was also down to having to save too (and not spend on a "stupid hobby"), tho that I fully agree with.
I would never do it again, it's part of me, anyone new would have to accept that. Guess I am single till domesday then
Having said that ... for a month? I can do it. PC, it's my info lifeline

I can't believe that everyone would rather have their PC than Star Wars. You complete set of geeks!
Whats wrong with a pen and paper and a telephone?

Star Wars in a second.
Whats wrong with a pen and paper and a telephone?
Cannot run Paint Shop Pro on them.
Cannot update my BB webpage with the latest happenings in the House. I suppose I could write the details on paper, but, it isn't the same.
Cannot use my interactive self-written Spanish Test. I have a phrase book too, but again, it isn't the same.
I can't play my mp3s without my PC.
My life is in the thing, whereas an A4 writing pad is just that.

My laptop. Getting away from the screen both at work and home is wonderful even if they are essential in both lives of mine.
On the other hand, I can never stop quoting SW so I couldn't give up that aspect. On holidays I often face a dilemma of whether or not to buy SW-related stuff.

i would walk away from my pc in the blink of an eye...
i am a a slave to it.
it is a drain on my time...when i should be doing other things...
more productive things.
to say you could not live without your pc...
what did you do before you had one?
that question is rhetorical,by the way...
