At the last meeting i intruduced the idea of going to Sixflags this june

i think the two dates we were wed june 21 and wed june 28
which one do you guys prefer

I believe we intend to go on the 21st; the 28th is the backup date in case it rains on the 21st.
Like Abhay said, I think we can easily come up with 15 people if everybody in our club goes and we invite other people who are connected to us. Off the top of my head I can count at least 12.

 2nd date was rain date.

OK, Tim want's to try to get a head count already.
He is a definate yes and I'm a maybe.
And Tim says we should all wear our Aerosith or DB-516 shirts the day we go.
I'm not so sure about that. I really don't want to be wearing black all day if it's gonna be hot.

I had mentioned recently (in person, not on the boards) that we may want to move to Tuesdays in early June rather than Wednesdays in late June. Is it still possible to make that happen? I had proposed the 6th, the 13th, or the 20th. What do people think?
Regardless, I'm in, but if we can do a Tuesday, then one of my friends can join us too.

Are you guys driving there? When MEPA went two years ago we got the tickets from the Port Authority, they were $47 which included the park ticket and RT bus ride  I think it left at 9am and returned home by 10pm or so, not sure though.
I'd love to come, but I'll be in Atlantic City with my mother and a family friend from the 21-23.

yes i do remember talking to abhay about changing to a tuesday because there seems to be more people that would be able to go if i changed the day
can i get a motion to change the day to a tuesday

I close work every tuesday night. I cant go. I'm a little
upset that you want to change things after they we agreed(at last meeting).  I have to request days off at least month in advance. Why didn't anyone say anything at last meeting?
If we say we are do something and agreed on it. Then we should just do it.End Of Line.

All i was saying is that i talked to people within the group and with other fan forces and the general notion is that the original two dates are not that good. There seems to be more interest if we do it on a tuesday. Ive very sorry if i hurt you Rob... im just trying to do whats best for the group!

OK... obviously there is alot of problems with setting a date for sixflags
MAYBE WHAT WE SHOULD DO IS WAIT FOR LATTER THIS SUMMER
REASONS
I will not be at this months meeting i have to work graduation at school
if someone else is willing to organize (exec board) and then pass me the info ill do that
No fights/ No Bullshit. if we can sit down and **** out a set date with options placed in front of us we can then extend proper invites to other clubs and friends. we can also establish a set # faster.
maybe this is just a personal rant and take it as such but also look at my points and let me know what you think
