Sorry... I guess I made things worse, didn't I? Didn't mean to, I just meant that I may be making a trip to GA that day anyway, even if it's not the day we do the group trip.
We'll figure out a date somehow. It may just mean accepting that not everyone is going to make it on the same day.

Well that's the way we normally plan events isn't it?
We have always done trips, such as our Montauk trips, as a "who ever can make it that day" kind of thing so that even if everybody can't come a lot of people will still be able to make it.
Why shouldn't the same be true for Six flags?

triss you didnt complicate anything and rob i understand your fustration. Dan's right, we need to just set one date and say whoever can make it.
maybe trying to do the group rate thing is alsao complicating matters. It might be easier to say ok whoever wants to go we want to go on this day and whoever makes it makes it. this way we do not have the pressure of finalizing a group. I do think that next month would be the best time to do this but to get athe group rate set up we would need more time to organize.
I know that because it was my idea it means its mine to set up and i havent done that, instead ive been acting like a (insert whatever you want). Sorry guys

It's okay. Planning an event can be... stressful. 
Here's another idea - we can think about two trips. One now, and a second in the fall. Doesn't GA usually have some Halloween stuff in October?

sorry if I was tad over board, but I thought we settled this last meeting. I really don't understand why we are still talking about. I was sick as dog /trying get ready to fly to FL with worst sinus infection of my life. That didnt help. either one of two things will happen either
