Hey Everybody
June 11th will be a fun meeting. Weather permitting it will be at Cantiague park near Hicksville and the Broadway Mall.
We will have the meeting at 11 AM followed by a BBQ.
The park has a great location to BBQ with benches and lots of nice scenery. There is a minuture golf course there, tennis courts, a frisbee field and restrooms. Coolers are permitted, just no alcohol.
Here is how the food deal will work. I (Billy)will take orders two days before of how many hamburgers and hotdogs are needed from people confirmed to be coming. I'll supply buns, cheese, mustard, ketchup, and pickles.
At the BBQ you'll pay me for what you ordered and chip in for the condiments.
Anything you want additionally like drinks, soda, chips, or vegetables, you can bring on your own.
Someone will be assigned the fire guy. I think Chris volunteered? He'll get the charcoals, lighter fluid and make the fire. Well all chip in and reimburse him for the cost of the materials.
This should be pretty cheap and a great time.
Any additional ideas? --Billy

Billy, on the June 11th i'm closing work that
day  .So I don't know how long I'd be
able to stay. How long do you plan on staying
there 4 or 5pm?
I'll gladly pay you tuesday for a hamburger today

Hey is this Wimpy or Kaos?? I got the Popeye reference. I'm guessing the BBQ will get right going because meetings lately have been very short.
I would guess we would finish by 4 or 5 PM for sure. --Billy

Okay guys so lets start figuring out who is going to the Sunday meeting / BBQ in Cantiague Park and how many burgers / hot dogs are needed.
This is intended as an inexpensive lunch after the meeting.
Chris is the fire boy. He'll bring lighter fluid, charcoals, and spatula. We'll chip in to reimburse him for that stuff. Depending on the number of people there, I expect that will be a dollar or two each from us.
I am the food supplier. I will bring burgers, cheese, pickles, ketchup, hot dogs, buns, mustard, plates, and napkins. I figure the chip in price is about $2 each hot dog or Burger.
For example: I might say I'm gonna have two Cheeseburgers and 1 hot dog. I will chip in $6.
So I'd like to take pre-orders of how many hot dogs and burgers everyone wants, so I buy enough, but not too much. I'll have some extra for last minute attendees.
I'd like to have everyone's order in to me on or by Friday. You can post it here or email me direct at davistb@aol.com
You can bring your own drinks, chips, or other cookable stuff.

Well so far Ive only heard from Triss, Moriah, Ark, and Kaos for thr food orders. Yum Yum were gonna enjoy the food while everyone else sits and watches us  --Billy

Okay, I made up a map to make it easier for everyone to find us. It's not a very good map. Actually, it's not a map at all. It's just an aerial photo. Whatever. I put markers showing where everything is. Mainly us.

I suppose there should be a rain plan. Just in case it rains. But really, what's the chance of that? HAHAHAHA! It's too late, though. Because we've already bought the food. So it can rain all it wants - we're grilling no matter what!
