-- 6/16/07 Ronkonkoma Post Office Star Wars Day 11 AM - 2 PM Ronkonkoma Main Branch off of LIE Exit 60 Arrive early at 10 am. Festivities will kick off promptly at 11 AM. Big event, lots of press advertising this.We will also try to trek to the nearest R2-D2 mailbox to get a photo while in costume.

Aug 23 Six Flags trip ( a few people are going)
Aug 25 “The Bobba Q BBQ” hosted by our newest member Patrick. All are invited.
Aug 30-Sept 3 Dragon*Con – The con of all cons (7 or 8 of us are attending)
Sept. 9, 2007 --DB516's 5th Anniversary outing at the Montauk Lighthouse and meeting #58. Weather permitting. Check message boards for last minute changes. Bring sandwiches, Frisbees, whiffle balls and bats and bring your rock walking shoes.
Sept 16, 2007 John Williams concert (some of us may go, the cheapest tickets left are the $85 range)

Thurs November 15, 2007 -- Homemade Hollywood (Clive Young Presents) Huntington Library. Just about everyone expressed interest in attending this one. We will do a club dinner afterwards.
November 18, 2007 1 PM - 9 PM Who-Tennany / Who-Down Doctor Who viewing party # 4 -- Watching the first 8 episodes of Torchwood Series 1 with food and fun. Location: Billy's house.

You pointed out a mistake to me there. My website had the wrong info about the Nov. 15 Homemade Hollywood program wrong. The Middle Country Public Library is not in Huntington--it's in SELDEN. Sorry about that.

Probably true, Rob. While it'd be good for promoting the book to hand out flyers, etc., I can't realistically leave Mish on her own with Ava for two days--just not fair (plus, I actually *LIKE* seeing my kid, too!)
