Info from the NY Philharmonic website:
Don't miss this thrilling evening of music from motion pictures, featuring selections from John Williams memorable scores for Harry Potter and Memoirs of a Geisha, and a salute to the films of George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. Another highlight: a tribute to the classic musicals of director Stanley Donen (Singin' In The Rain, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Royal Wedding, Anchors Aweigh and more) hosted by the legendary director himself.
That's Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 8 PM (September 14-16). The cheapest tickets are $55 and they're already starting to sell out, Sunday being the exception.
I'm not convinced myself, since it's so expensive, but I'm leaning towards going for it. After all, who knows how long John Williams will keep up this whole "movie music tour" thing going.

I would be in for it if someone wants to go for the $145 Tier box front tix which are available for Sunday. Sunday is also my prefered date.
I'd like to be right up front, consider it a one time experience.
Anyone else interested in the up front expensive tix? --Billy

I'd be up for going. Honestly, I'd be up for the cheap seats again though.
