Docking Bay 516's monthly meeting is schedualed for this Sunday at 11:00 am near the elevators in the Broadway Mall foodcourt. The buisness section of the meeting will begin at 11:00. Immediately following, circa noon, we will have our general discussion.

Ive sent Dan a few things to put on the agenda. I guess we'll be reflecting on I-con - what was good, what was bad. Then start planning our summer activities.

It was nice seeing every body again. Sorry I split...for several reasons. Including taking a wrong turn and arriving at my next appointment an hour before anything was actually happening. I should have just had lunch with you all. Anyway. Hope everyone is good and I'll see ya all soon.

Official meeting time 11:20 - 12:15.
New folks and folks we haven't seen in a while: Mike from MEPA, Lenny from I-CON (official photographer), Shana, Phil and May and Danae from I-CON (dealers).
Past Events
I-CON 27
Went well. Glad that it's over. Happy to see our friends from NYC, DC, Philly, and Pittsburgh. Fan Awards panel went really, but was a lot of (last-minute) work. Movie quotes and Family Feud went very well. Maru Batz was empty due to the ticket booth opening too late for people to show up. Masquerade filming came out kind of dark; need better exposure settings next year. We are glad we got NY Jedi into Masquerade because they helped us with crowd control and such.
Upcoming Events
Fan Awards Viewing Party Saturday April 26 at noon at Rob's house in Ronkonkoma.
SW Exhibit in Philly Saturday May 3: Dan, Dana, Abhay.
Chiller Convention in NJ Saturday May 3: Billy, Chris, Lenny, Abhay.
Whotenanny #? Saturday June 14 at noon at Billy's place.
Clone Wars Movie opens August 15. We'll consider an event on Saturday the 16th.
September Game Crazy/Game Stop for The Force Unleashed video game. Consider Game Crazy in Massapequa (Hollywood Video). Consider Game Stop in Queens via Kenny's friend. Consider Best Buy via Dana.
Bookstore event. We'll reconsider this in the future.
Club Business
Marketing Document. Dan will work on it. Also need to watermark any photos we include.
Treasurer's Report
$114 dollars still in Billy's possession.
Meeting 66 Saturday May 10 -- moved to Saturday due to Mother's Day.
Meeting 67 Sunday Jun 8 -- probably an outdoor meeting at Cantiague Park.
