November Meeting - This Saturday
|
Due to circumstances beyond our control. Traveling Vader will, most likely, NOT be coming to L.I. this weekend.
However, this means that instead of the trip to Montauk, we can use this saturday to hold our monthly meeting.
The meeting will be Sat. at 1:00pm at the usual spot.
I hope to see you all there, we have much to talk about.

Well I don't think I'm going to be able to take Friday off of work so I might not be able to go to my WWII re-enactment.If I can't take Friday off I'll definatly be at the meeting.

This week is just bad in general.
Wednesday I'm going to be in the city all day seeing Les Miserables.
Saturday until 1PM I have work.
Saturday night is my belated family birthday gathering.
Sunday evening is the school's Chamber Choir's annual Thanksgiving dinner.
Just a bad week.

They typically last 1 to 2 hours (sometimes longer) depending on how talkative we are that day. We do tend to be extremely verbose though. lol Also, the meeting tends to start around 1:30 - 2:00ish due to traffic, ordering food, etc. We will probably be just ending the meeting around 3:00 or be in the middle of it. We have a lot to discuss Saturday.
How far is where you work from Massapequa?
We'll also be shooting a trailer to a fanfilm DV is directing after the meeting.
Is there anyway to contact you to let you know if the meeting is still going on around 3:00? That would probably be your best bet.

There's no guarantee about the filming, but keep your schedules open for after the meeting. It all depends on the weather and stuff.
