Assuming he's still around whenever it (if it) reaches that point, I'd vote for Leonard Nimoy to do the voice of Unicron, since he filled in for Orson Welles in the '86 animated film anyway.

No doubt! I just did a check onhim in IMD, did oyu know he also does the voice of fellow Autobot "Ironhide" as well as "Eeyore" from Winnie the Pooh  That's awesome, I can hear the line now:
